Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Given the nature of the platform where content is presented behind a paywall, and the transparency ensured prior to purchase, we do not entertain cancellations once a transaction has been completed.

Refunds:

Refunds will be considered only in cases of disputes raised by a consumer.
If a consumer believes that the content does not match what was promised or described prior to the purchase, they may raise a dispute with Blursday.
Upon receiving a dispute, our team will review the claim in detail.
If the dispute is proven valid by the raiser and accepted by our review team, the case will be passed on to the bank for settlement, following the guidelines and procedures set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).


Procedure for Raising a Dispute:

To raise a dispute, the consumer must contact Blursday technologies within 7 days of the transaction.

Post the 7 day period, Blursday is not liable for any refunds and is not responsible for transactions that have gone through. 


The consumer must provide all relevant details regarding the transaction, the content in question, and the grounds for the dispute.


This would include all the details of the creative brief, the agreement between the client and the creator and the delivered documents. 

Since Blursday does not have access to the content being uploaded on the platform, the party claiming a dispute will have to share it again with the Blursday team for cross referencing. 

Our team will review the dispute and, if valid, initiate the paperwork to go for a transaction reversal, a decision of which, solely relies on the bank.

Refund Duration:

Once the dispute is approved and forwarded to the bank for settlement, the refund will be processed as per the bank's policies and timelines. Generally, refunds are processed within 10-14 working days.

Final Decision:

The decision made by Blursday's review team regarding any dispute is final.
